The Flower Gals rolled their adorable, flower-lined VW truck into town early this year. Now the gals, mother-daughter duo Miriam and Taylor Pierce, and their iconic truck can be spotted offering custom and premade bouquets most Saturdays and Sundays around the likes of West Village and Highland Park Village. Of course, the mobile flower truck is available for private parties — think shower appearances with tins full of pale pinks, sweet yellows or whatever your flower-loving heart desires (fangirls in the house). The best way to keep tabs on their gorgeous florals and Dallas-area whereabouts is by following on Instagram like everyone else. @flowergalsco | Moviegoers in and around Uptown/ downtown are in for a treat with Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas opening at Victory Park. The brand-new, state-of-the-art theater offers an exceptional movie-going experience, complete with fully reclining leather seats, push-button waiter service, a fresh gourmet menu and delicious cocktails. They even provide parking validation. Showtimes, menus and a list of amenities are online, but you have to take in a show to enjoy the grand experience. New Zealand men’s retailer Rodd & Gunn naturally brought their first Texas store to NorthPark Center. In addition to shoes, luggage and cool-weather staples like jackets and merino wool sweaters, the store also includes a live-stream view of Queenstown’s Lake Wakatipu and a mountain backdrop. Vacation, anyone? Known for its highly coveted palettes, cosmetics giant Morphe joins NorthPark this month with a full spectrum of professional-quality tools (more than 300 brushes!) and sought-after makeup brands. Morphe will also open at Galleria Dallas. | Among several new-to-NorthPark retailers taking luxury and high- fashion shopping to the next level is the Louis Vuitton Men’s Store , bringing the “Art of Travel” spirit of its founder in the form of ready- to-wear fashions, accessories, fragrances and leather goods — all for men. While the artfully designed products are a handsome sight, the store itself looks like an exceptionally curated museum fit for a king. | Everyone’s favorite urban market brought food (of the grocery store variety) and functionality to downtown. That’s right, Royal Blue Grocery answered the call of residents by opening a second location (you know the original in Highland Park Village) inside the iconic Merc building.
